Philippe Saint-Andre will be named as the new Toulon coach replacing All Blacks legend Tana Umaga on Monday.

Chabal was linked with a move to Montpellier but it now looks like he'll join Racing Metro, they should be promoted to the TOP 14 by the end of the season.

South African born Matt Stevens tested positive for what is said to be cocaine and has been axed from the England team.

Francois Steyn could be on his way to Toulon.
