Ok I found this tweak in Windows Xp Pro and I think it actually works ,First I tested my speed on a speedtest site, and after the tweak again.

before any installing to be done, I would like to enquire what browser and firewall do you use and most importantly, is there any spyware and adware in that program?

People said that NetSonic is good, it's great but it has lots of spywares and adwares.

it isn't a programm, it just a setting in windows you've to change. has anyone tried it already?

I might try it if I had XP, don't have too much reason to tweak though as my connection is pretty speedy as is.
