This is the best quality I can find which I tracked to a DeviantArt profile of a photographer named Diana Hoffman. But the image no longer appears on her DA profile and I can't find any other social media accounts for her either so I assume she may have retired or something.

 

Hope someone can help with the model ID. Thank you.
