"Hong Kong Soprano Hedy Chan holds a Master of Performance degree from the Royal College of Music in London and a Bachelor of Music (Honours) Degree from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Hedy studied and trained under the tutelage of renowned Soprano Nancy Yuen and Mezzo-soprano Sally Burgess. She was also the recipient of the Cecil Leong Undergraduate Scholarship, Michael Rippon Memorial Scholarship and the Hong Kong Welsh Male Choir Scholarship."
