It allows you to upload 50mb files and download 50mb/hour.

I don't speak German, but from what I understood, I believe they delete files only after 30 days of inactivity, which is the highest I've ever seen.

Click the link --> choose kostenlos --> down at the bottom: Ihr Download Link --> right click - save as

I created a self extracting archive, you don't need rar, just download both files in the same directory and run the exe.
