The model chose a breathtaking blue Marchesa gown that made our best dressed list. But before the gala, E!'s own Alicia Quarles joined Karolina for her gown fitting. Watch the video to see the behind-the-scenes scoop from Karolina's dress fitting. Even without her final hair and makeup look, she still looks red carpet ready dressed in Marchesa and Harry Winston jewels. "I love the fact that it's all hand-painted," said Karolina of her gown. And she pointed out that even the inside of the Marchesa design is hand-painted. That's some pretty intricate craftsmanship, right there. Alicia and Karolina even practiced their after party dance moves, proving that Karolina could move freely in her massive Marchesa creation—a major plus.
