This week, she turns her attention to Niki Trefilova. In terms of rookie benchmarks, it doesn't get much better than landing a Calvin Klein exclusive and this redhead Czech beauty secured just that. Add to that the 18-year-old’s turns at European shows for Versace, Anthony Vaccarello and Maison Martin Margiela, and you've got one impressive debut season. Trefilova impressed the fashion set, with her combination of fiery mane, maturity, poise and flawless bone structure setting her apart from her contemporaries. The newcomer’s razor-sharp cheekbones and striking features are adaptable to nearly any designer's aesthetic. Trefilova has been working exclusively with top photographer David Sims for the past few months and has a handful of exciting projects in the pipeline. Her sophisticated but raw look has sparked interest from some key publications and her rising industry buzz is set to prove that this fresh face is no one-season wonder.
