I don't think its true either. There's always an engagement rumor with his girlfriends. It was just a matter of time before it happened with him and Toni. Besides, a man who goes out to the club and is flirty with other girls, is not someone who thinks about marriage. LOL!

I love Leo, but the man really needs to get his act together and grow up! I hope for Toni's sake they are broken up, because this would be so embarrassing for her.
