This is Phenomenal! I first saw Maylen in 1980, in Victoria's Secret, and followed her until the catalog switched from real women to the supermodel world. I was so disappointed when she and all her compatriots were tossed under the bus for famous, perfect, plastic clothes carriers, and the intent of the company changed from attractive lingerie to basically decorated swimwear. All that time, I never knew Maylen's name. I did see her on a different magazine cover after the VS switchover, but despaired of ever finding out who she was, what happened to her, where she came from, all the interesting information about the woman who intrigued me for all those years. Now I find this, with her name, pictures from other venues (what a magnificent smile), and scans from the VS days. You are all making an old guy happy beyond what I ever deserved. Thank you. G
