  1. You should check out some of Elijah's stuff. He's a very talented child actor, adorable, super pationate about music, did lots of awesome quirky little films and randomly shows up in music videos. An actor just after my taste! :D Damn, I love Elijah Wood! I wonder if he and Lukas will actually work together on PSC...

Crazy Eyes looks so good, beautifully shot. I can't wait. I hope there will be some good promotion material, interviews etc, too.

I'm getting worried about Meth Head's release. I think it was already finished and then went back into post-production. I'm guessing maybe they re-edit so that it would get a lower rating or is less "offensive", so that it would be shown in American theaters or something? It looks great, but maybe ~problematic~ from the subject matter. I don't know. Hope there will be news soon.

    Check out his hat I%20dont%20know.gif

Looks like the night was too wild for that hat!

  2. Yay, cool new pic with Leo!

Good God, that Djuna Bell photo on the keyboard is beyond cute, have never seen that either.

Got to admit, it has a good variety of actors. Matt Dillon, Elijah Wood, Brendan Fraser and cant forget Lukas

Yeah, I love all those actors, besides Lukas especially Elijah Wood. I have enjoyed almost all movies I have seen with Elijah too, almost. I'm starting to think this might be great... That was fast. :D

In honor of these casting news, a hilarious picture with Matt Dillon:

This is what the poster on tumblr wrote:

Lukas Haas and Cameron Diaz share a moment at the 1998 MTV Movie Awards, while Matt Dillon seems to sense a threat.
    LOL
  3. How adorable is that pajama party pic!

    What, what?

Day 1 of the hostage crisis! Started filming #pawnshopchronicles today Working w/ @thomasjane Lukas Haas& @theonlydjqualls Gr8 & cool actors

IMDB press informs me Pawn Shop Chronicles is a fast and funny hillbilly Pulp Fiction, produced and originally planned to be directed by Fred Durst, starring Paul Walker. Let's hope it's a gr8 and cool movie, I'm not exactly sold yet.

    post-60408-0-79944300-1338601009_thumb.j

Definitely looks like he's doing something that could be called hillbilly Pulp Fiction!

I'm gone for a bit now, so everyone please delurk and post for me.

  4. I don't know if should I link to TMZ TV. They are so annoying, but it's still Lukas and the clip he suggest is freaking hilarious, so http://www.tmz.com/2...deos-tmz-on-tv/ - I advise stopping at ~0:30, because after that it has nothing to do with him and I'm pretty sure TMZ feasts on the brains of innocent viewers.

    Continuing the mobli theme...

Apparently he was dating model/actress Zita Vass, who posted these last fall:

  5. That song sounds great! (I already caved and got a mobli account, ofc. :D) Now I'm pretty excited for an album, whatever I said prevĂously about priorities.

  6. Actually, he was in Vegas, I guess? http://www.hautelivi...ond-at-marquee/ At Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Marc Anthony checked out Above & Beyond’s DJ set, as did actor Lukas Haas and Paris Hilton.

    Found on twitter:

Filming Dark Was The Night of course, which seems like it is going to be amazing.

  7. Lets get some pics posted up in here.

That's one of my favorite pap pics ever! Even the cigar looks hot in this one, a rare feat.

Kevin Connolly posted the first on Lukas' birthday. Awww. Plus them on Lukas' 30th(?) birthday for comparison (some pics from that party were posted, but not this, I believe)

  8. Yeah, I don't know why are they hanging out with Chuck. Sure, I don't know him personally, but then, neither does his daughter, so. That's awful, wishing the best to Emily!

  9. Eek. I heard only bad things about Chuck Pacheco, to be honest. Haven't heard about his daughter, of course. He is one of Lukas' best friends, his businesspartner and apparently also manager and an extremely shady douchebag, AFAIK. I wouldn't trust him. :/ This only confirms this.

@joyeb: Did you google Chuck and find this thread?

@Lukas_Lov3r: Speaking of the devil, I think he is with Chuck! Why do you think Ethan is there?

  10. Reviews for Crazy Eyes! One is amazing and one is really good, although those two saw quite a different film. Spoilers, I guess.

Dirty, Sexy, Dark 'Crazy Eyes' Is Love Story for Anti-Romantics

As a romantic subgenre, the alcoholic love story doesn't typically hit upon anything fantastically new or groundbreakin - drink, fight, cry, love, repeat until something terrible happens - but director and co-writer Adam Sherman and his charming cast have done something wonderful with their Crazy Eyes. Sherman and stars Lukas Haas and Madeline Zima have injected life and humor into their story of two shiftless Hollywood alcoholics and their maybe-love story. In terms of fitting into its genre, Crazy Eyes feels a bit like a more light-hearted Leaving Las Vegas or a more energetic Somewhere - comparisons that are meant as compliments.

Before we even meet Haas' Zach, he warns us via voiceover that his story is true, and that the movie's "all persons fictitious"

  11. TY! See, he's listening to your complaints. :)

    Articles about Crazy Eyes:

Lukas Haas is a Poor Little Rich Boy

Between Sofia Coppola's Somewhere, Steve McQueen's Shame, and now Adam Sherman's Crazy Eyes, I'm starting to suspect that being rich and handsome and having lots of sex is the worst possible fate that could befall a guy. Especially, it seems, if you're in L.A., a city where, as Crazy Eyes star Lukas Haas morosely notes in a voiceover, "if you're one in a million, there are still seven more just like you."

Haas stars as Zach, a Hollywood millionaire who finds that no amount of girls or booze can give his existence meaning. Enter "Crazy Eyes"(Madeline Zima), a woman who becomes Zach's drinking buddy and the object of his affections just as his family life spirals out of control.

Despite its groaningly familiar premise, Crazy Eyes earned compliments upon its SXSW debut for its bracing honesty, its dark sense of humor, and the strong performances from its leads. One clue that the film harbors no illusions about its self-absorbed protagonist comes when Zach wistfully expresses a desire to Rebecca (a.k.a. Crazy Eyes) to live inside a toy. "Maybe you have time and money to sit around wishing you could move inside a snow globe, but I have real problems," she snaps. And Rebecca herself comes across as the farthest thing from a dream girl, despite Zach's crush on her. Falling drunk out of cars in front of your date's family isn't exactly the stuff of idealized romance.

Strand Releasing has Crazy Eyes scheduled for a limited release July 6.

Watch: Whimsical Trailer for Indie 'Crazy Eyes' Starring Lukas Haas"

"I will die without Crazy Eyes!" Strand Releasing has debuted the official trailer for indie dramedy Crazy Eyes, starring Lukas Haas and Madeline Zima and Jake Busey. This quirky little dramatic comedy is set mostly in Los Angeles, following a "rich boy" who meets a girl unlike anyone he calls "Crazy Eyes" that he can't have, but of course there's all kinds of tension and drama and things going on. I'm a fan of Lukas Haas, you may recognize him from Brick or Alpha Dog or Death in Love or Inception or Contraband, and I like seeing him in good lead roles where he really fits the role. This looks intriguing, I'm curious to check it out.

First Trailer for Crazy Eyes with Lukas Haas and Madeline Zima

Starring Lukas Haas (Inception) in the lead, Crazy Eyes is due out in the US this summer and has had its first trailer debut tonight. Adam Sherman (Hapiness Runs, producer of Wristcutters: A Love Story) returns behind the camera for his second film, and Apple have debuted the first trailer ahead of its July release in the US.

Though it won't be topping the box office (going up against The Amazing Spider-Man), it looks promising and will hopefully find its audience.

Madeline Zima (Californication, Heroes) co-stars alongside Jake Busey (Good Vibes) and Tania Raymonde (Lost), with Sherman directing from a script he co-wrote with newcomers Dave Reeves and Rachel Hardisty.

Haas and Zima are both brilliant in what I've seen of them to date, and I'm looking forward to seeing them opposite each other here.

    :/ How rude!

Anyway, while we are talking music, here is a photo David Arquette tweeted (long ago). <3

    post-60408-1337288141_thumb.jpg

How's that for a live show?

  14. I dont find it demeaning. I mean, I would absolutely love to be Lukas' Pussy ;) but how is that insulting to me or any female in that case?

Haha Typical Australian... I wonder how Leo DiCaprio fared over there with his overly delicate sensibilities. I'm willing to bet "pussy posse" is no longer the most offensive thing he heard in his entire life. Just teasing...

When I first heard Through My Eyes I found it to be a little boring but then I heard it again and I fell in love with his voice. He truly is amazing.

I really like Through My Eyes. In Between even more. Have you heard the last song he published on his myspace, just titled "demo"? I absolutely love that one too! Very different and awesome.

  15. I dont think anyone can judge or criticize someone based on their looks.
I don't know if she criticized Lukas for his looks, though. She doesn't fancy him, which is fair enough. A matter of taste. I, for example, don't fancy Leo, although I like him as an actor. Tobey Maguire is kinda cute and I did once vote for him as world sexiest vegetarian, back when PETA2 sent me their newsletter (I think it was the year he won too. You're welcome, Tobey!), but I never really had a crush. I'll take Lukas.

How one can not see his acting ability, I don't understand. I would suspect they haven't seen enough/the right films. Doesn't look like a reasonable and informed opinion to me. Sorry. And @Posey I didn't say I think no one in the world dislikes his acting. I said I haven't really heard that opinion expressed before, which I promise is based in reality. Usually he is referred to as a good actor at least, so for you to mention it that way here (not a fan as far as his acting ability is concerned, but he seems like a nice guy!) as if we are talking about a known hack, seemed very weird. In my opinion.

For the music, clearly he has musical talent, his voice is sweet, some songs are nice, but I am a fan of him as an actor and I don't like it when he prioritizes the music over the acting. He can make music on the side. I'll allow it.

What I wrote was that Leo and Tobey have both said in interviews that they found the word Pussy to refer to women demeaning and one which they would never use to refer to women.

LOL Yeah, Leo said something along the lines of he never heard anything so offensive before, right? I laughed heartily. However, I do believe them that they didn't make up the name and didn't like to be called that. Who would? So how they would refer to women or anything is irrelevant.

To say calling a bunch of guys pussy posse (mocking them for their alleged skirt chasing and gang attitude) is insulting to women is one hell of a stretch. It's just mildly insulting to those guys and for all the right reasons. So this is why someone who is a fan of Lukas Haas has absolutely no qualms about using the term posse or even pussy posse, when talking about the group of people generally referred to as pussy posse, which is what you wanted to know, I think.

  16. Both Tobey Maguire and Leo have said in interviews that they never referred to their group of friends in that term and found it offensive.I'd think Lukas feels the same way.
Lukas has said the same thing in an interview. It's horrible to be associated with that pussy posse stuff. I don't really care. I would and do make fun of all of them and their posse. It's not a super serious topic and they earned the ridicule by excessive partying and probably womanizing at least. (Leo and Lukas seem to even still behave that way with their parties with dozens of models...) They'll deal, in fact they have said that too.

It is impressive and more than a little cute how stable their friendship is!

What do you mean you are not a fan of Lukas' acting ability? You don't think he's good? I never heard anyone say that. I think he's obviously great ... that's probably no surprise.

  17. I knew I knew that Leo/Lukas picture - it's cut out of that group photo with David Blaine and Harmony Korine. The original:

    post-60408-1336439673_thumb.jpg

("Talk to me! I'm the star!" hissed "Leo". :D I see.)

Another one with Lukas, David, Harmony and people:

Are there any more posse pics from that time? The internet is just too young...

  18. Yeah, I was talking about Chuck P's mobli account and therefore thought of HIS girlfriend (and her account)! Obviously the connection between Nikki and all these people is Chuck. She's really cute, yep!

Also, best Brick cast photo ever, lol.

  19. Have you seen Chuck's mobli account and these pics?
