Katia/Katsia Damankova...I think!

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me...I downloaded this image a few years ago and have been trying to find out more about it ever since. Unfortunately I can't remember where exactly it I got it from and the web page advertised on it no longer exists. So all there is to go on is what you see.

Hopefully can recognise the girls face, or if I'm really lucky the other girls butt!
