I've just read in one article that Adi really made a proposal!As it's written there he presented her a ring and it's "a shiny engagement ring white gold, adorned with a gigantic diamond". And Esti said yes! :-) It's also written there that Adi is divorced only a year ago from one of strong woman in the Israeli economy and it was very hard to him but with Esti it was love at first sight. And her frieds say that "We never saw Esti so happy. From the day she met him she can not stop smiling."
Well it's written everywhere that yes and she always shows her ring but may be it doesn't mean that the wedding will be soon :-) Some Miller
