I like her and find her to be really pretty but comes off as an attention whore. She is a total social climber. Every day she has new "best friend" that of course is some how known or socially connected. At least she's graduated from rappers and singers to instagirls.
I hope she books SI. I think it'd be a great fit for her and she can have her own notoriety for once.

I'd actually say petite and boyish. These new VS girls are shaped like spongebob. Straight up and down. No hips, boobs, or waist. Just muscle and torso. Which is fine, but why do you need 47 angels with the same body type? Erin's body is perfect VS or any lingerie brand.
And Erin's current body isn't much different than when she started with them. I bet they decided they wanted to change their image from "so called curvy" to prepubescent and told Erin she needed to change with it. It's no coincidence that Elsa, Sara, and Candice lost weight when they started working more with VS too.

I am happy for Erin and the "new place," she has worked to get to. However, let's not forget that not that long ago, while under contract to VS, she brought up the subject that VS was not where her heart was (and I'm paraphrasing now), that she wanted to do more humanitarian service, etc.. Probably not the thing VS or any other employer would like to hear from a model they clearly have made a financial commitment to.
Also, the weight issue....Let me just say, that if it is in her contract that she needs to meet certain weight targets, and she consents to this stipulation, and takes the money, she shouldn't throw VS under the bus when she can no longer satisfy this requirement. Period, the end.
She's a big girl. She understands how the business of modeling works. She understands that bodies change and sometimes it is out of one's control. She also understands that VS is looking for a specific image, or type and this is what they are paying for.
She could have spoken on the subject matter of body image without attempting to cast VS in a bad light. I'm certainly no VS apologist here. In my opinion, her speaking out says more about her inner struggles with her own ideas of body image than it does about anything improper VS might have done.
I totally understand your point, and agree to an extent. But I think big picture issue is VS having a very narrow minded standard of beauty. Their current models are skinnier than they've ever been before. Erin's body was fine and to tell her to lose weight is ridiculous and trying to hold her to a standard that's obviously not natural for her. They are obviously moving away from trying to appeal to grown women to targeting teenagers.. potentially brainwashing young girls to believe that skinny is the only type of beauty.
