My interpretation of Bar's tweet "challenging Snooki" was that she was making a joke about her big hair for her photo shoot, i.e., she was "challenging Snooki" and her poof. Bar posted that tweet right around the same time she posted the photo of herself where she said that she felt like a giant marshmallow. That's my best guess, anyway!
