Rachel Cyriacks. She used to be a regular in Lands' End catalogs, and has been modeling recently for Chadwicks, Travelsmith, Soft Surroundings, and several Orchard Brands labels (Blair, Norm Thomson, Tog Shop, etc.)

She was a regular in the Lands' End catalog about ten years ago, including covers, but I don't have pictures going back that far.
