I don't remember this picture, but there is a claim that this is Heidi photographed by Ellen von Unwerth:

Answers: Yes, I have the rest of the photoshoot. No, it's not Heidi. It is Eva Riccobono. Originally from Vogue Germany 2003 - also apparently in the Fraulein book.

I don't remember where I originally found the image, but it had been labeled under Heidi. I wasn't sure at the time.
