Hi everyone!

I'm from Finland and my mother tongue is naturally Finnish, which is very different language compared to English, so I hope you don't mind about my awful misspellings.

My real name is Marjo. It's old Finnish and means "a small berry". But we don't use Marjo as a substantive, it's nowadays just a name. Besides, I don't find that meaning very flattering. ;)

Well, something about my appearance. Umm... My haircolor is blond but slightly reddish and my hair is quite long. I have dark green eyes and I love to wear colours like navy blue, green and black. Black jeans combined with colourful shirt or blouse is my "trademark".

I'm interested in history and I read a lot of historical novels. Latest book I read was Elizabeth Kostova's The Historian. One of my favourite books is Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray. It really made me think about beauty and youth and why people desire and patronize them. A book which everyone should read!

I also love art and especially I admire Van Gogh, Degas and Monet. But I like making artworks by myself too. At the moment origamis have stolen my heart.

I watch a lot of movies and I like acting and other perfoming arts. Well, maybe not all of them. I'm a terrible singer and I can't play any instrument properly. But I like listening music... :hehe:
