I don't want to be anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
Is this just for females? If I had to be someone else for a period of time, it would be Tom Brady.
I hate that guy
Is it hatred or jealousy? He's the starting quarterback for 3 Super Bowl winning teams AND he regularly gets invited to Victoria's Secret parties. Plus, his girlfriend ain't shabby either. I stand by my choice.

It was a report that Elle demised the title "The Body" to Heidi... F*ck the title, they have both great bodies and so does Gisele and Adriana and Karoline... who cares?
I just hope the story I posted last week was false and that Elle never intended to sue Heidi. It's such a silly thing to get in a twist over.

Has anybody got a better quality version of this? The world needs more awesome scanners...
That looks identical to the version I have. I have yet to see a better version of that myself.

Timberlake rocks CBS' Victoria's Secret show

CBS appears not to hold any kind of grudge against Justin Timberlake for that whole Nipplegate thing.
The network announced that Timberlake will headline CBS' ''Victoria's Secret Fashion Show,'' which will air Dec. 5.
Although Timberlake is a Grammy-winning artist and his ''FutureSex/LoveSounds'' album is selling will, his selection for this particular event is more than a little ironic. If you'll recall, CBS opted not to air the annual celebration of lingerie in 2004 in aftermath of Timberlake and Janet Jackson's ill-fated Super Bowl halftime performance and the subsequent tensions with the Federal Communications Commission.
''The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show'' had always generated FCC complaints due to its assortment of barely-dressed models. ABC aired the show its first year and it subsequently moved to CBS. Neither network ever received an FCC fine for the show.
However, the ratings for the program have declined every year since its inception. ABC's 2001 telecast drew 12.3 million viewers, while 10.5 million and 9.4 million watched on 2002 and 2003 on CBS. Following that 2004 hiatus, CBS brought the show back last winter and drew only 8.9 million viewers.
For 2006, the network has plotted a variety of stunts including Timberlake's performance, a special appearance by Heidi Klum* and runway strutting by models including Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, Karolina Kurkova, Alessandra Ambrosio, Selita Ebanks and Izabel Goulart. The event will take place at Los Angeles' Kodak Theatre for the first time.
* OK, now I'm interested. (I'd probably watch it anyway, but I was worried there'd be no Heidi, no Tyra, Laetitia's long gone...)

I think that was a very stupid thing of heidi to take her nickname. sorry all you fans, but Elle has a way better body than heidi
To be fair, she never "stole" the nickname. The New York Post called her "The New Body" at her first VS fashion show, and VS has been calling her The Body ever since. It was never Heidi's idea to steal someone else's nickname.

Elle Macpherson has dropped plans to file a lawsuit against German beauty Heidi Klum, after being inspired by a meeting with Buddhist spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
Macpherson accused fellow supermodel Klum of stealing her nickname, after the German catwalk queen called herself 'The Body' in a television commercial.
Australian Macpherson has used the moniker since it was employed to describe her in a Time magazine cover story in 1986.
But the 43-year-old was so moved by the Dalai Lama's teachings, she's decided to let the whole spat go.
She says, "A few people have made me stop in my tracks and the Dalai Lama would be one of them. It's no big deal for me. She can have it."

Who here is knowledgeable about recording video clips to DVD?
I'm trying to use Sonic MyDVD to write various video files (.avi, .mpg, .wmv, .asf, etc.) as a DVD and I'm running into a problem. When I try to add certain video clips, I get an error message saying that they're in PAL format, and it won't add them unless all the clips are in PAL. Apparently, some of my video clips are NTSC and some are PAL format (but all are readable on my computer). I always thought a .wmv file was a .wmv file, but that seems not to be the case.
Is there software out there that will reformat a PAL-formatted file to NTSC? How do I get around this?

Poor Heidi
The paparazzis always disturbe her and her family, when they want to be alone.
I really feel sorry for her children. Imagine having to grow up with all these stalkers trying to take your picture everyday. Whether or not you think celebrities deserve that kind of treatment, you have to agree that the children certainly do not deserve it.

Heidi Klum
in Female Fashion Models
That was my first thought. But I think, from this picture, that she's drinking Coke.
