It's funny but I don't understand. Is she squirming because it's getting too hard to hold that position or is she reacting to what that voice is saying? And what does it say? I don't get it. ^^

What do you not like about paid subscriptions?

Okay didn't know that, I get how that might make one sad. Just her nose or all kinds of body areas? (We don't judge her or anybody for it (I hope) so I don't see why we should not talk about it. However, if you don't want to anymore, that's ok of course.)

The only change I see is in the closeup, around the nose, very subtle but of course unnecessary. But it shows that basically everybody, no matter how beautiful, sees "flaws" in themselves.
