What I believed happened was that Brian's intention probably wasn't clean at all. Men like that have a way to move, behave and handle things that do put a mark on the kids they are with. Even if nothing ever happens. If the intention is to grab something one day they work for it to become easier for them.

Who knows if Brian had intentions to make anything of his weird thoughts and if the Universe stopped him when it came to Leo? Someone might have walked in or Leo's mother was present when she wasn't supposed to. Brian comes across as not that brave. Any obstacle could have been enough for him to back off of anything he has set his intention on. 

This is just speculation and someone else might know exactly what happened.

Have Scorsese and Apple purposely decided to withdraw from the Oscar sweepstakes because of Spielberg’s ‘Fabelmans’? ‘Killers’ was all set to have a teaser released in August and then came Scorsese’s call for minor reshoots in NYC, mostly having to do with the film’s coda.

Production on “Killers of the Flower Moon” ended almost 12 months ago. There is no way ‘Killers’ wouldn’t be ready by the end of December in some way shape or form.

If the plan really is to just delay any sort of 2022 unveiling for a Cannes world premiere, then I wouldn’t complain, I’ve always wanted to catch a Scorsese world premiere at Cannes. However, delaying a film this way only brings about more questions about its status and if the film does indeed premiere at Cannes then it would have been a whopping 20 months since shooting wrapped.

For the most part, Scorsese’s films have had a rather lengthy post-production process, but a ‘Killers’ Cannes debut would match his post-production length record:

Shutter Island (20 months), Silence (19 months), The Irishman (18 months), Hugo (15 months), The Age of Innocence (15 months), The Departed (13 months), The Aviator (13 months), Goodfellas (13 months), and Wolf of Wall Street (11 months)

That Zayn requested her to stand up for him is the same pity party others have displayed recently. I would say that Gigi needs to stand up for herself. That whole drama is a wound since she was a child and her mother kind of "sorry to be blunt" humiliated her publicly with things she said. People still joke about it. 

Her mother was part of this drama too. Instigator, provocative, or plain innocent. Who knows. 

Now it became totally unrelated to Leo.

When something is dying you need to grieve and learn to let it go with love. 

I don't think her relationship with Zayn is dead but it is dying. Healing takes time and not so much holding onto another person as dealing with your emotions about them. 

He is the father of her child so she needs to learn to put up boundaries and communicate with him in a way that works for her. 

She is smart and will figure it out. And for all this drama with Leo, my standing is still the same: stay away from it. I don't think that will be tho. There is something in this that she and her team wants. PR or not.

I looked her up once and I think she's 50 now. At that age a certain wisdom washes over us and becomes us. I don't believe Leo nor Gigi are as sexually attracted to one another as claimed. They're good-looking people, but I don't believe they see each other that way. That's just a hunch. I still surmise Leonardo will surprise us with someone unlikely. During one Romeo and Juliet interview, he expressed how it might be best not to get too wrapped up in the industry and the benefits of companionship unfamous. One heck of a claim on my part, I know, but if I'm mistaken, I'm just mistaken. But, unverifiably, I presume his maternal side are/were exponents of such a way of life. 

I think Gigi thinks the power couple thing is her lot in life but I don't think so. Maybe when she gets older that will happen but advice from someone that has been through serious heartbreak. Have a few guys you honestly juggle until you know them and who will be there for you no matter what. No secrets, excuses or explanations. He does what he says he will do. Until you find the one that do focus on your work. Or go for girls if that option is more alluring. ❤ I like Gigi but the heartbreak thing isn't her best look. She really should snap out of it. 

But obviously, I am not considering PR at all here. Just her emotional life. I have no idea what looks good and couldn't care less either. 

Lainey was Interesting to read. She sounded so angry and took things too personally. 🙃 Maybe you are right and she is feeling betrayed. Believed the story told to her. But when you are around 50 shouldn't you know better?

I read Lainey today and I don't think she likes Leo that much. 😂 The way she writes about him comes off as she thinks he is trouble, choices the wrong women, and has mommy issues. "They are all the same!" 😂 What? Doesn't different haristyles count with her? I don't know what she is refering to other then the job. Maybe she knows more than she tells. 

But I wonder if she has one point correct and that is that other news has saved Leo in the past weeks. In this case, she pointed out Adam Levine and his scandal but I can count a few more news or scandals that came in between Leo, and complete fall. Even if I personally think that his reputation isn't that good but it has never been that good either. For me, it was nothing different. 

Lainey seemed to be annoyed that other news was more interesting than Leo and his "doing the same thing all over again".

This showed up on Tiktok and for some reason, I see Leo's PR people as the lady sitting on the bench. Everything was so controlled. 😂 What happened? 🙃 

Nah I think he wants to fight. He probably reacts more to what Gigi is doing than he wants everyone to know. As long as no one else is letting go of their relationship then it is easy to get back at each other with shady things. Even if they feel like they have justice on their side.

I think we all got that there isn't much happy co-parenting going on. 🙃 But I think she holds on to the dream that it would be. Girls usually do while the guy does shady stuff. I wonder if she is in for a new business venture she thinks this, call it what you want, would help her with. 🙃 I would be more excited by that, to be honest.

However, this union does possess a few of the PR components. Jimmy Kimmel was recently crucified for a joke that ran too long. The verdict seem to have been the prank was undoubtedly wicked and subversive. When in all sincerity, it may have been just as innocuous as the joke ran too long. But now, to some, he's a white supremacist. Is it safe to assume where people receive their news, they trust that source? Young folks live on social media and some parents trust or at least entertain the judgment of their children. With someone as enigmatic and covert as DiCaprio, who is really pleading his cause, even more so against the misjudging of his character in the form of very frequent and very unforgiving girlfriend gags? Marketing is everything and the question is, is his goodwill as accessible to others as it is presumably to us? @Mirella. 

So why do we think that people are reacting to it then? If everything is as ok as they want us to think? 

Society's fault again I am sure. How would accountability from Leo's side look like you think? One where "it is legal" isn't used. 

Just because you shout it it doesn't mean it will go away. A large number of people, as we can witness, think it is weird but what. They are wrong?

What if they questioning the moral of it and not the legality? Who is this man that we love so much? Do we know him at all?

They are obviously only shown a small part but isn't that the strategy. As long as we don't tell the truth and nothing but the truth society is at fault. Which I have noticed is a favorite excuse to use. It is not us. It is them. 

I do agree that Leo tries to make right something he did wrong or that went on too long because of belief systems that were set in place. But does he do the right thing now? Or is it just the same thing in another outfit?

Oddly enough, not meaning to pacify my position, I really don't believe they are into one another. I really do think this pursuit of Jelena is a cloak and buffer for the backlash Leonardo knew he would end up facing with his current decision.  I don't believe in the 25 expiration rule and in the case of Ms. Morrone, I figure it was just bad timing. 

When @Mirella mentioned her mother (as in the comments she made of her own mother), then I thought of Yolanda and what her position might be in all of this. I had no idea that Zayn had struck Yolanda, I only knew of a contretemps. And I do mean just that-- a minor disagreement. It's funny how some can see Rihanna in all of this. There are parallels. I mean both Chris Brown and Zayn Malik are bad boys or at least that's how they may view themselves. Yolanda just might be pleading for a guy like Leonardo, there is stability, but I don't see any heart in it. As for Jelena and Zayn's baby, well, she can still pose a threat at least for now.

I just don't have much faith in this union. 

I get the allure of the PR as stated before but she might regret having anything to do with Leo in the end. It is a dangerous game to play even if you think you have everything figured out. 

Are you willing to play if you take into account that everyone has their own agenda? Looking out for themselves. What should be the most important thing for Leo's people? Killer of the flower moon of course. All the fancy words can say differently but the fact is that this movie is the most important thing. Would Yolo still find it interesting to run after? Probably. 

Gigi might be more cautious tho. Rightfully So. 🙃

I think Gigi should take care of her child and herself but I say that to every woman that is in her head about a guy. An ex or a PR one.
