    I think she looks great 2nd pic, 1st row; 4th pic, 2nd row; 2nd pic, third row and 4th pic, third row.

    In some of the others I find her face a little too chubby / shapeless. I imagine these pictures were taken last year, before she lost weight?

    It seems VS is aiming to please their youngest customers because the styling of the catalog looks more childish nowadays. I'd like to see VS return to a more mature and classy theme. But maybe that's bad for business...

    If i wasn't in a different country, you'd most likely find me at the Natick Collection this Friday, standing in line for a chance to meet Adriana Lima. She'll be at the Victoria's Secret in Natick doing an autograph signing from 5pm to 7pm this Friday 1/18.

    I see. But since you categorize the VS fashion shows according to date, it somehow makes sense to categorize the other fashion shows according to date as well, for the sake of consistency and clarity. Otherwise you might as well put the 2007 Maybelline zebra candids in 2008 as well because the commercial is aimed for that "season". I'd like to know that when I click on 2006, I get stuff from 2006, just as it is with all the candids (I assume?). It's up to you of course, but this is undoubtedly the most sensible approach.

    The commercial was initiated 3 months ago so it was probably shot around the time where she was in great physical shape as a result of changed died / exercising.

    I'm thrilled on her behalf. This will likely be another milestone in her career, like GQ cover and Bob Dylan commercial.

    In other, sadder news, Johhny Grant, the man who was partly responsible for Adriana and her fellow angels being inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, receiving the "Key to the City" and, I think, having their hand prints immortalized at the Chinese theater, has passed away at the age of 84.

    He looked so happy :( I hope he had a good life.

    I just referred the information as I had found it on AdrianaLimaFan.net, thinking that maybe you had just forgotten about those shows. I'm sure nothingless won't take offense if I let her know about this error.

    Dude, when a show is called "spring summer 2006" it doesn't mean it happened during spring/summer of that year... it means it's about the clothes people were supposed to be wearing during that period and because of that it had happened "a little" sooner. In autumn of the previous year... The pics you posted are from 2005...

    I didn't pay attention to what the shows were called. I just found them in the 2006 section of AdrianaLimaFan.net. If they're not from 2006, they shouldn't be indexed under 2006. Simple as that. Just like the VS 2006 show isn't indexed under 2007 just because it took place in late 2006. If you can back up your claim that those pictures are indeed from 2005, I'll ask nothingless to correct it.

    Yea, that's why she was all over the morning shows last month promoting the show and why she's apparently been chosen to present this year's VS "What is sexy" list on E! special

    lol, I sat down to watch this documentary called "The Decandence of Modern Life" which takes place in Australia. So in the introduction there's a montage showing random scenery from Australian city life and there's a bus pulling up a street. And guess what's on the side of the bus? A huge Mayelline poster of Adriana, spanning the entire length of the bus. For a second there I thought I was losing it so I rewinded to double-check and nope, it was Adriana. So even in Australia there's busses driving around with her picture.

    I might upload it tomorrow just for the hell of it heh...

    Time to watch the rest now...

    It was a little different in my case. I definitely can't say that there was a time when I loved Adriana. When I started looking for info about her and I read some bio, a couple interviews, heard she started dating Kravitz and that before this she was with some other guy (also twice her age) it created an image of her personality. I used to think she is a shy, kind, goodhearted but also naive and... well... "not very bright". As years passed and she became famous, gave more interviews and... started behaving more childish ( ninja.gif ) it didn't improve my opinion about her intellect. I never thought of her as a girl I would like to grow old with. I "only" thought she in the most beautiful woman on the planet.

    I do understand no one can stay 21 forever (maybe except Naomi laugh.gif ), but I saw this girl change during the years and it never happened so fast and drastically as during 3 or 4 months in 2005 when her look went from stunning to good. Natural changes can happen fast but when you are a teen or in early 20s (20 to 22). I have no idea what caused her change, but I just can't believe it was natural. I also think her look improved in late 2007 months and I hope 2008 will be better.
