As for the Lina and Lera thing, they could be two different models. I’ll need to look at photos of them both to compare.

So I did some further research and I stumbled across this Aliexpress product page with a video of her and there is this at the end:

Perhaps it could point us to a certain direction...

Can anybody help me ID this model that I found on Aliexpress? Most of these images seem to have a “ROSESAKURA” watermark on them.
