    Did anyone see the one where the mother killed her baby by shaking him/her? and Elliot told the Captain about hitting his daughter over spilling grapejuice on a new rug they couldn't really afford? I just saw that one-never saw it before but gosh it was sad

    Being arrested for drunk driving probably is one hell of a bother. Especially when it leads to getting people killed. She's extremely lucky to be alive-and to not be going to prison for manslaughter. I wouldn't be saying shit about leaving the country because she got off pretty damned easy for the shit she pulled. And I'd say that about anyone, not just because she's not my favorite person.

    Oh, btw, the pics of her with the straight hair are really good. It's one of the few photoshoots i've seen where I think she looks pretty.

    Drunk driving-a hit and run in LA, I believe-then she was drunk driving again in Hawaii and driving while her liscense was suspended. She's also ordered to go through an alcohol rehabilitation program-again.

    In March 2002, Rodriguez was arrested and charged for assaulting her female roommate. The charges were later dropped after the roommate declined to press the allegations in court.[1]

    In November 2003, Rodriguez went to court to face eight misdemeanor charges based on two road incidents: On July 22, she left the scene of an accident after hitting another motorist. And on November 4, she sped through an intersection while under the influence of alcohol. She had a suspended license both times.[2] In June 2004, Rodriguez pleaded no contest in Los Angeles to three of the charges: hit and run, drunken driving, and driving with a suspended license. She went to jail for 48 hours, performed community service at the morgues of two New York hospitals, completed a three-month alcohol program, and was placed on probation for three years.

    In 2005, while filming Lost in Hawaii, Rodriguez was pulled over by Honolulu police multiple times; she was cited for driving 83 mph in a 55 mph zone on Oahu on Nov. 1 and was fined $357, paid a $300 fine for driving 90 mph in a 35 mph zone on Oct. 20, was fined $197 for going 80 mph in a 50 mph zone on August 24.[3]

    Rodriguez and her Lost costar, Cynthia Watros, who were driving in separate cars, were each pulled over and arrested on the morning of December 1, 2005 in Kailua, Hawaii. According to the arresting officers, the actresses were weaving in and out of traffic on Pali Highway, which connects Kailua and Honolulu. Rodriguez and Watros were arrested at 12:05 and 12:20 am, respectively, and both failed sobriety tests.

    Because the December 1, 2005 incident in Kailua was a violation of her probation, Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in prison, a 30 day alcohol rehabilitation programme and another 30 days of community service, including work for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, by a judge in Los Angeles on May 1, 2006.

    During a May 4, 2006 interview with Charles Gibson, Diane Sawyer, and Robin Roberts on ABC's Good Morning America, Rodriguez claimed that the ordeal forced her to grow up. ( :laugh: Right :whistle: )

    I think people took that the wrong way-I don't like having gross guys leer at me either. What girl does? And I think she was talking about highschool-women tend to mature and get more comfortable after highschool. I don't see the big deal in what she said, she was being honest, but whatev. And she's in friggin hawaii-she's dressing comfortabley-and hardly ever wears make-up. Yeah-she's craving attention-Just cuz you wear sweat shorts that are short doesn't mean you're asking for guys to Leer at you.

    People who do dumb-ass, unreliable things in the real world get fired-why should it be any different in Hollywood? She's lucky she didn't kill someone and end up in prison. But that's beside the point-I'm sure people were pretty pissed when they killed off maggie, ian, etc...They don't exactly show favoritism-who cares? it's a tv show,lmao

    LMAo, Aw, well, yeah, she was a good actress (Apparently, her specialty is being mean, angry and just generally pissed,LMAO) They're developing Kate more slowly, because I think she has a pretty huge part in the show-same with Jack, Sawyer....etc. Maybe Ana Lucia was only supposed to be on a really short time...*Shrugs*

    Michelle is not what made the show popular. I highly doubt it was a mistake or they're going to suffer a big loss from it,lol

    Didn't like her. Didn't do anything for me. *Shrugs* I'll now be un-annoyed watching the show so I consider it a good move,LOL. Kind of a weird way to kill them tho-but interesting

    Not sure, but something dramatic had to happen to her. After all, she is pregnant with her first child. She had to take some type of hiatus. I remember when Jesse L. Martin's character got shot on the regular "Law & Order" last year. I believe he went on hiatus in order to appear in the movie "Rent".

    ahhh so THATS what that was about :laugh: i was thinking the same thing...it'd be something that lands her in the hospital long-term, so she can go on maternity leave or whatever. *sniff*

    Got a Coach for my b-day a while back. I'm almost afraid to use it it's so nice :blink: LOL But-I like Kathie Van Zeeland, if anyone has seen her stuff-it's more affordable. I love Louis, Coach but yeah-couldn't afford any unless they're gifts so.....

    I don't like pointy toed flats. Not too into Uggs unless it's for winter or whatever. I dunno. Not to thrilled that apparently leggings are coming back. The 80s was one of the worst decades for fashion ever, let's leave that stuff alone,lol.
