They are - multiple Israeli models - in Paris as part of a fashion and PR campaign. Neymar's birthday was a corporate PR event with between 500-1000 people, in which multiple companies like Beats and Red Bull were releasing new products, and the models are working there as part of these product releases (it wasn't a real birthday party, but a corporate sponsorship event). Yael Shelbia was there to promote Sirin Labs. This is their work, nothing related to personal life.
