    Hair and make-up are the first crew to work on the girls so often their call times are way before everyone else is needed-but at least he has great company every day.

    NOTE Eddie on Erins lap has become a studio regular who we adore.

    Lily Aldridge starts out with amazing hair anyway so lets be clear on that.

    However Shay has really mastered her hair and can transform Lily from 'light and playful' to 'dramatic and theatrical' in a few quick moves.

    Doutzen Kroes gets what I call 'the lift'.

    I am not sure what Shay calls it.

    I see him make this move many times in a day when the hair starts to lose life because of all the humidity or constant moving around.

    I hear there is a pretty good scalp massage that goes with it.

    And right after I have amazing life in the hoar which is great to shoot.

    Shay and Adriana Lima have a long history of working together.

    One of Shay's tricks of the trade is to put a plastic guard in front of the giles face when he sprays, something that the girls and the makeup artists really appreciate.

    It's small considerations ike this that really make a difference.
