    lol I'm sorry but I don't see them EVER dropping Elsa, they're practically molding her to be Candice's replacement and she has a huger fan base than Martha who's just known for being apart of Taylor Swift's pathetic "girl squad". I think out of all the NA, Elsa, Jasmine, Josephine, Taylor and maybe Sara will be last remaining ones.

    Agreed lmao last year when we thought they weren't walking...they ended up walking because they announced their confirmations last min like a day before they left for Paris :glare: so we'll found out they'll be walking when that plane is ready to leave to China in two months lmao

    I can definitely see them cutting some Angels this year after the show, imo Martha, Lily, Behati (most likely leave on her own terms) and MAYBE Alessandra will leave after this year's show imo to make room for newer Angels (like Ming or Sui) or keep the Angel lineup smaller again (kinda missed the days when we only had 5-8 Angels :wub6yh2cm:)

    But she hasn't been shooting for VS since before her pregnancy, hasn't confirmed anything herself and seems to be very distant from VS in general nowadays, like she wants nothing to do with the brand. I think if she is walking this year, it'll probably be her last (as well as a few other Angels)

    All speculation because we still don't know what surprises VS might pull but yesterday when they were announcing all models that were walking the show, Joan went on Snapchat and posted a selfie of herself sticking the middle finger and saying "over it anyway" and deleted it like 3 mins later. Could be in regards to anything but considering with what VS is doing, I think that was clearly a jab at them. 

     

    Apparently, VS is changing their whole brand and starting off...well fresh: younger models, more newbies, larger lineup, new themes/segements that aren't shitty versions of previous shows etc etc so they pretty much scrapped the veteran crew (Joan, Lily D, Iza, Isabeli if you wanna count her too) in preference for much more fresh faced and younger models. I think this is a really good idea imo

    Unless Hailey was told she's walking right there in the castings and filmed the whole thing, then it's not true. Not saying she's not in the show for sure, but she doesn't seem to be confirmed based on the rumor there was.

    Considering they haven't released anymore confirmations, it's safe to assume that's the final lineup. 59 girls (+ 60 if you include the model search winner). Could be wrong tho since the nepotism crew usually make their announcement right before the show.

    It's gonna be hard for these performers to perform in Shanghai no? The Chinese government is usually very strict when it comes to celebs who try to have concerts in China, I think in like 2006? Beyoncé had to cancel her tour in Shanghai because the government wouldn't let her perform. The same applies to a rockband but I can't think of their name in the top of my head. I wonder how'll they get performers to travel to China this year..

    I think it's going to a NA so either Elsa or Stella for sure.

    I prefer Fifth Harmony haha they would really get the crowd going and their music is perfect for VS! I would be so happy if Harry performs "Sign of the Times", it's a slow song but I think it would work perfectly for "Angels through the Looking Glass" (if the segment is officially confirmed)

    I don't mind that the models are young since every year we'll always get young models, I just hope it translates well on the runway you know? like don't put the baby faced models in sexy lingerie, just give them outfits that compliment them and make them walk PINK. I can definitely see PINK being the biggest segment this year with like 15+ girls walking.

    Exactly! :rofl: All of our usual white blonde models are very minimum this year and this has got to be the most diverse show ever. People are such annoying complaining assholes

It's just rude and It makes me pretty fucking happy their faves didn't get cast.

    Okay but these VS fan pages are so freaking annoying whiny crybabies. I'm pretty satisfied with the lineup SO FAR. Not all of my faves made it, but I love the idea that VS is starting off fresh and rebranding which means certain models (and angels) will have to go and theres nothing wrong with that. I'm genuinely curious to see the direction VS is headed after the fashion show and I have high hopes. I love Iza but the same hair flip every year gets old...Lily D (THANK GOD SHES NOT COMING BACK!) was only good in the 2010 show, since then, she lacks personality, her body is awful and she looks haggard. I love Joan but ever since she became a member of the nepotism crew for followers and likes, I could care less if she's not walking this year. We have so many good models and newbies and even if you don't like them, at least give them a chance.

    Couldn't agree more. I like the idea of Angels with two outfits and everyone else (yes, even veterans) will get one outfit. However, with them saying there's a lot of surprises this year and it'll be the "biggest" show yet, it's safe to assume we will have more looks than the usual 75-80 range. I would say this year we may have about 100+ looks but who knows

    80 outfits? very unlikely, I'm assuming  we're gonna have like maybe 100+ looks this year? If it is around the 80 range that would mean ONLY Angels get two looks and everyone else just one which I have no problem with since it'll be easier for people to determine who's an Angel and on top of that, with 14 Angels it'll make them stand out

    Agreed, it could mean anything like maybe boyfriend issues??But it was literally during the announcements of all the girls walking and that says a lot..and she deleted it not even 3 mins after

    Their location won't matter unfortunately, let's not forget last year's show Kendall & Co. we're the very last models confirmed and they didn't have to attend castings or anything, they were invited straight to the show (both Kendall and Gigi were in LA at the time as well). But seeing as fittings start today (well for Amilna Estevão and Lais Ribeiro).....I can safely assume the list is finished.  

    if this is the final lineup and no more girls are confirmed, I'm pleasantly happy with the girls chosen. I could do without a few but they're already overshadowed by my faves who made it this year. I think this is the best lineup VS has ever had since the 2014 show :oh_no:

     

    also, since we have such a huge lineup this year and they're proclaiming this to be the biggest VS show yet, is it possible we have more looks for all our models? biggest show = more looks :D hopefully there's a God and we can still see our Angels in 3 looks again
