Reserved Models:
I need 4 to 8 images for each model on your team. If the model has a Bellazon thread or agency portfolio, you can often... though not always, find higher quality photos. You don’t need to resize anything, I’ll handle that. Just make sure the images are large and not horizontal. I reserve the right to replace any photos that won’t work for the formatting and processing I need to do.

Before anyone says something. I know Russia and Turkey span both Europe and Asia. For the sake of easier team building, the vote settled on counting them as Asia.
If you'd like to create teams, please send me a PM. Models are on a first come basis.
Team Creation:
Teams consist of four models, each representing a different continent - for example: one from North America, one from South America, one from Oceania, and one from Africa.
You may have no more than one A‑model or one D‑model on any team.
How Handicaps/Bonuses got assigned:
A‑Tier — “The Proven”
Have consistent high performance in past matchups/comps
Or you voted for them to be an A
B‑Tier — “The Backbone”
These models:
Perform well but not at the A‑tier dominance level
Are chosen often, but not always
Have some standout strengths but also some matchup weaknesses
Can outperform A‑tiers situationally
Or you voted for them to be an B
C‑Tier — “The Secret Weapons”
These models:
Models who rarely get picked, often due to obscurity or lack of exposure
Historically underrepresented in competitions
Capable of surprising upsets
Or you voted for them to be an C
D‑Tier — “The Unproven or Unknown”
These models:
Have little to no competition history [1 comp at best]
Models who have never been picked for a team
Models from very small agencies, new faces, or extremely niche markets
Models who historically don’t perform well in comps
Or you voted for them to be an D
Once a year, I review every model who competed and adjust their tier based on how they actually performed. Popularity rises and fades, and some models surge while others start to slip... so it’s completely normal for someone to move from an A to a B within a single year. It usually takes about three competitions before you can truly read a model’s momentum, consistency, and how the forum is responding to them.
Comp Structure:
Every model on your team will face every model on the opposing team. In a typical 1‑on‑1 setup, a model usually ends up matched against 3–4 opponents, and a four member team preserves that same dynamic. This structure creates a competitive environment where a model’s Tier determines how much of their raw score they actually keep... or gain, in each individual comparison
Handicap and Bonus Rules:
Handicaps and Bonuses are the "Leveling Factors." They ensure that a Tier C model (the underdog) has a path to victory against a Tier A model (the favorite).
A vs A - both keep 100% of raw score
A vs B - A −12% / B +8%
A vs C - A −15% / C +12%
A vs D - A −18% / D +15%B vs B - both keep 100% of raw score
B vs C - B −12% / C +8%
B vs D - B −15% / D +12%C vs C - both keep 100% of raw score
C vs D - C −12% / D +8%D vs D - both keep 100% of raw score
The Calculation Method:
To calculate a model’s final score, we take their Raw Score and apply the appropriate tier handicap/bonus four separate times, once for each member of the opposing team.
Score Example:
Team 1:
Adriana [A] - 24
Barbara [A] - 31
Cassey [B] - 43
Donna [C] - 59
vs,
Team 3:
Elizabeth [A] - 33
Fran [B] - 39
Grace [B] - 33
Heather [D] - 26
After Handicaps/Bonuses:
Adriana [A] — 85.92
Barbara [A] — 110.98
Cassey [B] — 168.99
Donna [C] — 245.44
TEAM 1 TOTAL: 611.33
Elizabeth [A] — 123.09
Fran [B] — 157.56
Grace [B] — 133.32
Heather [D] — 116.99
TEAM 3 TOTAL: 530.96
Example Breakdown: Adriana [A] (24 pts)
Because Adriana is Tier A, she is the “Anchor.”
In a vote against Team 3 (A, B, B, D), she must pay handicaps to the lower tier opponents.vs. Elizabeth [A]:
24 × 1.00 = 24.00 (No change)vs. Fran [B]:
24 × 0.88 = 21.12 (−12% handicap)vs. Grace [B]:
24 × 0.88 = 21.12 (−12% handicap)vs. Heather [D]:
24 × 0.82 = 19.68 (−18% handicap)Adriana’s Final Score: 85.92
Why this makes the rounds closer?
This system prevents one "extremely popular" from carrying an entire team without effort.
A-Tier Models: They act as "Shields." Their raw scores often times are naturally high, but they take heavy hits. To win, they must significantly outscore the lower tiers to absorb the percentage losses.
C-Tier Models: They are the "Secret Weapons." When a C-tier model like Donna (59 pts) scores almost as high as an A-tier, she receives bonuses against nearly everyone on the other team. In the last round, Donna’s 59 raw points turned into 245.44 points because she was constantly gaining that +10% to +12% bonus.
Your Strategy:
This scoring system forces you, the voter, to think beyond just "who is the most popular." You have to calculate how handicaps and bonuses will effect your entire team.
The Stacking Dilemma: Do you "stack" your team with heavy-hitting Tier A/B models, or do you spread them out to protect against the lower tiers? If you load up on several.
The Danger of the "Lesser known C's and Unknown D's" - With thousands of models in the database, it’s impossible to know every face. This is where the game gets interesting. All it takes is a fresh, striking face from an "unknown" D-Tier model to completely dismantle a high-tier score. Because she is a D, she isn't just competing; she’s weaponized with bonuses.
I’ve seen it happen dozens of times: an A-Tier icon loses her lead because she was "nickel-and-dimed" by the percentage bonuses of a Tier C underdog. When you build your team, ask yourself: Is my Tier A anchor strong enough to handle a "nobody" who might just have the better photos?

lol no. Prep was done the day before. That was 4 hours ordeal itself.
This year I cooked for 17 people.30 pound Turkey
Spiral Ham x2
Mashed Potato
Potato Salad
Deviled Eggs
Southern Mac & Cheese {My husband made this}
Real Cranberry Sauce
Collard Greens with Ham-hock and Bacon
Brioche Bacon Stuffing
Corn on the Cob
Green Bean Casserole
Funeral Potatoes {special request for my cousin}
Brussels sprouts with bacon and a sweet glaze.
Cornbread
Homemade Hawaiian Rolls {because I am not a super big fan of cornbread}
Biscuits (requested by my father in law) with Sausage Gravy
Fried Green Tomatoes
Jambalaya {the only thing I realllllllly wanted}
Maque Choux
And I ordered pies from a Bakery.
******************
Today I have to prep for tomorrow's "Christmas Dinner" for my husband as he leaves on Monday
Rack of Lamb
Roasted Vegetables with a honey glaze
Roasted Potatoes
Mushroom Risotto
And for me and a few other friends and family who really don't like Lamb
Clam Chowder
Crab Cakes
Lobster and Dungeness Crab {a little taste of home}
Coleslaw
The reason I don't let others help me cook.... I'm super picky about food, and I don't like cooking around other people. Get out of my kitchen and let me be.
Next year... Taste of Japan and South Korea.
I've already told my family I'm not doing traditional Thanksgiving. I want Karaage, Sushi, Ramen and Curry.

My husband rarely takes time off...I can't stress how big of a workaholic he is, and I'm good with that. I like my space, so seeing him 4 days a month is great for me. We aren't needy people. It's why we've been married 24 years, if I had to see him every day I'd pull my hair out lol. Thanksgiving is the one holiday he loves, so this week becomes his “holiday season” for the entire year. He’ll be home for five days, which means all of our festive traditions need to happen now. During this week, he’ll open his Christmas gifts, enjoy both Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, and finish his Christmas shopping. His whole family is here, along with mine and his closest friends from Seattle.
I always go the extra mile for him at Thanksgiving, because once this week ends I won’t see him again until after Christmas, and his family won’t see him until next year, they’re just as busy with work as he is. On November 30th, the day before he returns to work, we’ll celebrate together: he’ll open his gifts, we’ll go ice skating (its a tradition for us), finish up the last of the shopping, and visit Krampus (its something he does for me), and then Santa.
Turkey - Tomorrow.
Sunday - Lamb/Lobster/Crab (he loves lamb, and I love seafood)

Matt’s right... please go ahead and upload your videos/pics directly to our site to avoid dead links down the line. There’s a lot more behind why hosting images on our servers matters, but suffice it to say, it’s extremely helpful when you do. If you’re unable to upload to BZ for any reason, that’s understandable, but overall, please prioritize uploading both videos and pictures to our site. Thank you!!!
Thread cleaned.
"Alright, I understand that, but I'm not going to register (or wait two minutes to start downloading) on those sites just to view the clip. It would be much easier and faster to just upload them here. Plus, once those hosts (K2S, Filejoker) go under (like so many have lately), we’re left with dead links and a few screencaps."

Apologies if it seems like we're meant to have omniscient powers.... but we're not all-seeing or all-present, unfortunately. We rely on reports to flaged posts and address issues as we encounter them.

When they first launched, they retailed around $700 USD. And yes, Pheno gifted me three of them, knowing how much I adore Christmas.
About six years ago, someone mentioned they were going for $700. It seems most people weren’t willing to spend $600 to $1,000 on a designer tree, which ultimately led the owner to pivot. After a few seasons, they transitioned to a commercial model, renting trees out to businesses and event planners instead.

Years ago Pheno gifted me three Christmas trees that had been featured on Shark Tank. I later added four more to the collection so now I’ve got seven of the original nine they offered. examples:
They've gone private rental now, and if you want get to the very trees I once bought for $700–$1000, you'll have to shell out thousands, to rent them for the holidays.

Just a quick reminder that these images were already posted, just two posts above yours. Please take a moment to double-check before posting. We ask all members to review at least the last five pages to avoid duplicates.
If your images are significantly larger or show a clear, notable improvement in quality, that’s perfectly fine, go ahead and post. But repeated reposts increase our hosting costs, and we’re trying to keep things less expensive lol. This isn’t a huge ask. We ask that you go back 5 pages to make sure images aren't repeats, if it happens it happened, but we’ve noticed you’re one of the few users who consistently overlooks this. If it continues, we’ll need to place your account under mod watch, which means all future posts will require staff approval before being seen...

Nothing groundbreaking, but a solid Spooky Season pick, especially if you're a Dakota fan. 3/5.
I hadn't even heard about the movie. I'll be checking it out because I am a fan of her movies.

KARMA WORKS!No way, that's so cool! Technically, that does make you part of the extended royal lineage. Does your family have an actual flag with the coat of arms on it? There’s some text under the coat of arms, but it’s too blurry to read?
Aww, a puppy too! 😭 I hope the meet-up goes well and she gets her forever home with you. (s*** can get out of hand real quick with bigger pups, even when they’re properly trained)
Our family does in fact have an official flag bearing the coat of arms, personally gifted to my grandfather by the Queen herself. I believe my Grandfather is one of her cousins from I believe her mom's side of the family. I honestly don't know, I haven't put much thought into how they're related. I just know that the coat of arms is extremely important to my family and because I thought I lost it I've felt extremely bad for years. This is my ancestry from the last 5 generations.
As for the dog, I’m hopeful she’ll mesh well with our other animals. If she does, she’ll be enrolled in professional training immediately. Mastiffs are typically calm and gentle, but they’re notorious for resource guarding and can become so protective that guests aren’t welcome until the dog decides they’re acceptable. At nine months old, I have no idea what kind of socialization she’s had... if any, and given her size, that carries risk. When we brought home our Bullmastiff and Corso, they were just two months old. We started immediately: vet visits, grooming appointments, and near-daily introductions to everyone in our lives. Petco, local shops, parks, downtown walks, constant exposure. By five months, they were ready for formal training. This new girl, though, she’s super skinny for her size, but, muscular, and already showing signs of resource guarding from the people at the shelter. That’s manageable with our dogs, who’ll give her space. It’s the cats I’m concerned about. Many people won’t take on a dog this size due to the financial strain and potential liability. But with my husband only home four or five days a month, I feel deeply secure in my home with my current dogs. That kind of peace is a blessing. Yes, we have weapons in the house, but I’d rather the dogs serve as deterrents first is shit goes sideways.
