Samantha Jade is an Australian R&B / Pop singer. She is 19 years old. Her debut album is due to debut in 2006 on Jive Records. Her label CEO John Harris hyped the young phenom discovered in the city of Perth, Western Australia, being compared to Christina Aguilera and Whitney Houston. "She is the best raw talent that we have found," Harris said of Affinity West Records .

Samantha performed at the Sony booth at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show.

Samantha sings the title track for the Step Up Soundtrack.
