I DM'd the stylist on Instagram and she said the model in the LUCKY editorial is either 'Alina' from IMG or 'Abigail' from Supreme. I looked up both of those names on Fashion Model Directory and don't really think it looks like any of those Abigails or Alinas, but it is a side profile of the girl only, so I could be wrong.
