For that then maybe we should put Franglais to refer to a person who speaks English with a French accent. And we could keep going...Germans who speak English with a German accent etc. I understand that a lot of Hispanic people live in the US, and so that might give Spanglish some legitimacy as an "English" accent, but I don't think that accent should be included unless you're going to include every non-native English speaker accent.
