Irish-born Boo was gifted his first camera from his Dad, which began a lifelong passion and vocation. He was granted a scholarship to a college in Northern England where he studied photography for three years. His final project included images of gypsies and fisherman, and was the beginning of Boo's signature style, which encompasses a quietude and love of character. In 2013, Boo's talent was further recognised by the International Centre of Photography and W magazine when they announced him as the winner of The Shot, a competition to find the next generation of fashion photographers. Boo has contributed to top titles including numerous editions of Vogue, W, Love, Arena Homme + and i-D. His portfolio also boasts campaigns and collaborations with coveted clients such as Calvin Klein, Emporio Armani, Dior, Joseph and Ralph Lauren.
