However, as a modern man, I am sure that appearance is not the most important thing. To have a successful career and to enjoy life full of happy moments, it is essential to develop the mind, research the psychology and to don stop on the achieved. Mental health for men is a pledge of high achievements. When I was younger, I didn't even think about the importance of mentality growing.
