I started off with 5 days my first time, then got to 10, then 20. After day 3-4 it's a bit easier, then around day 8-10 when your body is in full ketosis the energy just drains out of your body. We saw a little preview on a picture they posted of Behati and it looked like a jacket made of red tartan/plaid. It has the potential to be a mess so that's why I want to see something.
