He has bigorexia (like anorexia, except with an obsession with muscles). He has a lot of insight on how bodybuilders get so massive and freaky & also the dangerous things they do to their bodies. Regardless, Rich comes across as honest and is charismatic/genuinely likable and has no apologies for the choices he made.
