You can only call someone 'devout' if they follow the rules of their religion. Posing for playboy is secular/sinful according to the bible therefore they are probably Christian by 'name' only. I must have missed that passage in confirmation classes. But I can easily imagine a devout Christian posing for the mag, because whatever woman it is might not see it as a sin, seeing it instead as a celebration of her body.
