Trump's twitter is basically a stream of consciousness of a 12 year old bully undergoing puberty and having overactive testosterone spikes.  Is he the world's biggest troll?

For his fans, it works.  Modern politics has lacked any bit of machismo since Bush and he does provide it, although in a less than ideal way..

So ICE in Arizona lost nearly 1500 children who were separated from their parents. 1500! They essentially have no idea where these children ended up.

How do you lose 1500 kids? How does anyone involved with this mess still have a job? How are their leaders not in jail?

Corruption and money under the table type of deals keep a lot of individuals from seeing any jail time or face consequences. Also, these "lost children" are being separated to discourage others from entering this country illegally. It's quite the f@#ked up system but the fact this information is spreading is putting pressure on ICE along with our government to make changes to the current way immigrant families are treated. And to add, what makes me laugh is many so called "Christians" aka conservative/Republicans are the first to lambast these poor immigrant families who want a better life just like every other immigrant wave this country has seen. People are quick to forget they were a byproduct of immigration very quick!

To me this is separate from the immigration debate.

In essence, the moment these children are separated from their parents, the state becomes their guardian.

It's inexcusable for the federal government to then lose nearly 1500 of them.

Basically they are failing at the bare minimum which is expected of them.

ABC has pulled the plug on the revival “Roseanne.”

The move comes after series star and creator Roseanne Barr made a comment on Twitter Tuesday morning referring to former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett as looking like the offspring of the “Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.” Jarrett, an African-American, was born in Iran to American parents.

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement.

Trump in March:

“Look at her ratings! Look at her ratings!” he said at the close of a speech on infrastructure in Richfield, Ohio. The president said he got a call from “Apprentice” producer Mark Burnett, who informed him of the numbers.

“They were unbelievable. Over 18 million people,” Trump said. “And it was about us! They haven’t figured it out yet; the fake news hasn’t quite figured it out yet. They have not figured it out. So that was great.”

Amazing that a person who has a great job on TV (how many women her age get offered a reboot of her old show?) and who could have kept it going for likely several seasons longer ruins everything just because she cannot stop herself from being disgustingly racist on social media. I mean, she could have probably gotten away with comparing black people to apes in the privacy of her own home and within her own little social circle, but she felt the need to share those ideas through the megaphone of social media. ?

Deadlier than Katrina & 9/11: Hurricane Maria Killed 4,645 in Puerto Rico, 70 Times Official Toll

Quote

A stunning new study by researchers at Harvard has revealed the death toll in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria may be 70 times higher than official count of 64. The new research, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, says the death toll is at least 4,645—and perhaps as many as 5,740. President Trump has so far not responded to the new study. But in October, during a visit to Puerto Rico, Trump boasted about the low official death count. With a death toll of at least 4,645, Hurricane Maria would become the second-deadliest hurricane in U.S. history—behind only the Galveston Hurricane of 1900 which killed as many as 12,000 people in Texas. The Harvard study found that “interruption of medical care was the primary cause of sustained high mortality rates in the months after the hurricane, a finding consistent with the widely reported disruption of health systems. Health care disruption is now a growing contributor to both morbidity and mortality in natural disasters.”
