Obviously, I developed a healthy hatred for the stuff cause it kept me away from my daddy. Thankfully he stopped something like 12yrs ago. I've definitely noticed a difference in my health, but it's maybe due to the fact i don't work out much anymore as well as the "fags" (it's what we call them in Ireland ).
