I guess 2009-2010 sounds about right, looks like she's in her late 20s here. Marsnoop suggested 2003. Grrr, so much detective work! Everything I've found he's been mentioned next to the image. Here's a larger size but it looks like it's just been blown up from a smaller one so the quality isn't good.
