Then 2 days later they did a background check and found out he has a felony on his record...And my department is Inventory Control....so we can't very well have a thief keeping track of our inventory now can we?! If you have been convicted...and you lie, then when they DO find out, you are without a doubt going to get fired. Just tell the truth.... Lucky, I was not convicted, and I got my charges exsponged.
