Since then she's doing much more underwear/swimwear like yamamay last year or for Nelly. What does that even has to do with trolling? I just find it interesting that many models feel the pressure to get plastic surgeries. That's all. I don't condemn it any form and it often helps with careers as you can see in Lorena's case. She's no high fashion model so she can't get away with looking androgynous and being flat-chested; she's a commercial type of model.
