Fair play on the Watchmen and Succession sweeps. I know Schitt's Creek is well liked but whether it deserved to go seven for seven is probably debatable, especially with regard to directing. Although I didn't really have a specific horse in the race, it's not something the show was ever particularly noted for.

Frequently, there is an increased chance of award recognition with a show which has ended. Schitt's Creek is good and I like it, but it clearly benefited from this tendency.

 

Extra thoughts:

 

I am never going to say Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara didn't deserve any award.

Zendaya was the youngest winner ever.

Nothing against the other nominees, but Mark Ruffalo deserved his win.
