modelknowledge Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 scout is a commercial print agency or talent agency. this is really a commercial agency. they claim to represent models 5'7" and above but I clicked on some random portfolios and found two models under 5'6". I don't recongnize any of their models which means that they probably aren't international. Their facebook account shows their models working for clients like Old Navy and Walmart. You might be able to find her full name if she works on an editorial, with a photographer with a blog, or signs with another agency.
