The fact that it is in the shape of a half moon under her areola and it is found on the other breast as well is usually indicative. Breast movement can be enhanced with less supportive tops. These are actually screenshots taken from her videos. So if there were scars it should be visible in these. The fact that these lines (which I don't think are halfmoon shaped) are not permanently there, points more towards natural breasts. They are perky but probably natural. What makes you so sure it's a scar, why isn't it visible in the snapshots provided by millerphil? Incision scars around the areola would be far more noticeable, wouldn't they?
