Thanks God it's a wig.Unfortunately this editorial isn't about Alicia's turning 30 but all about new LV collection Sometimes I wish she was an ambassador for Chanel... There is always something wrong about her editorials and covers - bad light, bad framing, ugly outfits or too much of Photoshop. It's like editors try to sabotage her natural beauty. Alicia very often looks bland, sad or tired. Just look at these pictures, Natalie looks fresh and chic, she "pops out" from the cover while Alicia... (and this font on her head): For example after "Black Swan", "Anna Karenina" and "Great Gatsby" Natalie, Keira and Carey shot sensual and elegant editorials for Vogue. Vikander's historical drama "Tulip Fever" has been left unnoticed (of course I realize that this is not "Gone with the wind" ), then in 2018 so much awaited "Tomb Raider" brought this weird editorial for Vogue US with a lof od very, very bad Photoshop (picture number 4). People on many forums blame her for being boring in front of the photo camera. Is this really her fault? The last picture comes from "A Royal Affair" promo shoot. I think she looks beautiful. In my opinion good photographer and interesting concept for a session and the result can be different then Alicia's boring photoshoots with weird wigs. I adore her editorial shot by David Bellemere (The Edit, July 2015), it would be great If she had more sessions among the nature, not in studios. ---> Comparing to many actresses or models Alicia's skin is a pure perfection, I was hoping to see her in a beauty campaign (Dior, YSL, Chanel), it's a pity that beauty brands still aren't interested. Constantly same faces in advertisements and magazines. BTW There is something called "Oscar curse", I hope Alicia's career won't go downhill The current situation is quite depressing, one movie is still in post-production, other new projects are are constantly postponed.
