First praise his work, then the collection and say that you would be honored as a Doutzen fan if she was part of the campaign for such a special collection! In Instagram I'm crazy and I send DM to everyone, several ignored me or didn't see that they received the message, but I have received several answers... I think it costs nothing, but in case not to get something as invasive as DM you can comment on his photo, that he will be notified in any way.
