oh :p i'm not complaining just they look skinny and i'm not that tall,that's why..

i'm 1.69 and 46 kgs and i think i need to gain some kgs.. :ninja:

something the same just i'm 1.66

Wish I was 1.66 or 1.69 ..I'm 1.78 and i weight 53 and sometimes 54 kgs..But I would love being a bit shorter and have some more kilos..

I do step aerobics for cardio.

For toning, I'll do:

leg dips

crunches

planks

push-up

legs lifts

fire hydrants

squats

lunges

curls (with dynabands)

supermans

I'm hoping to lose some weight... I'm getting a little chubs. :/

Any suggestions on what I should start eating? I noticed that I'm eating waaaay too many carbs. That's pretty much all I eat like, all day. I need some help. I hate this! <_<

My method of eating/dieting that I do when I have the supplies is:

Breakfast: 3 eggs(white only), 1 whole egg, a slice of wheat toast and some type of fruit

snack: celery and peanut butter

lunch: a tuna or chicken salad

another snack: something light, like vegetables or a protein shake

dinner: something with concentration in protein, like a chicken breast, salmon, or tuna, vegetables

snack: same as snack before

you can tweak it obviously and change stuff around but make sure you eat often like every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism up! also, if you wanted to take fiber pills that will cut out like 200 calories a day! and make sure to take like one-a-day multivitamins or something of that nature. hope this was helpful! I have a sheet somewhere telling me good things to eat, like a weekly plan but I am too lazy to look for it right now.

i am 5.7 and around 169 pounds

before i used to be size 1-2 and probably 112 pounds not sure about that

i used to dance not profasionaly but for work out in my own living room and i used to do a lot of walking

3 years ago i started to loose my exersise ability

basically i became lazy and started eating like a pig

i am trying to get back in shape fro all of those 3 years but everything that i try

old or new tricks that i used to use are not working

the reason why i m getting bored or something like that i am not even sure of what is aproblem

i am really out of option on my mativation about it

it is killling me that for 3 years i can not find a right solution for me

help please????

I hate my body and I don't think I will ever get rid of my insecurity. I have recently lost about 20 kg for the second time in two years. I'm 1,75cm tall and weigh about 51-52kg. I hate that I can't stand myself and can't eat proparly. I will either eat waaaay too much or eat nothing and exercise like crazy. I just can't bare the taught of being "chubby" again... :cry:
