Well, I made a promise that I would make Giga-UHQ scans of that calendar (if I ever found it) and I did. I'm not finished with all the pages yet but I have previews of February and March below. All scans are a massive 6000x5900 Double-D in size. I will post all 15 pages of the calendar (plus additional UHQ scans from the SI planner book and the 24' poster) soon.
