Heidi Klum and Seal are waving the white flag.

The supermodel, 36, and her 46-year-old soul-singing husband are expecting their fourth child in October, and Klum says emphatically that it'll be their last.

"We're outnumbered," Klum says with a giggle from her dressing room before an appearance on The Tonight Show. "Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It's a lot of work. We're hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle."

Their children, 5-year-old daughter Leni and sons Henry, 3, and Johan, 2, are excited for their baby sister's arrival; she'll be able to help with the takeover, Klum jokes.

"Actually, they've taken over already. I'm not someone who is like, 'OK, this is a museum, and you can't sit here and you can't touch this and everything has to be put in its place.' They live there as much as we do," she says. "You come into our house, and there is a giant elephant and lion to welcome you. We have those big stuffed animals, and we have toys and things everywhere."

Klum, who returns as Project Runway host tonight, stayed home with the kids this summer while her husband spent June and July touring Europe.

"Someone always has to be the captain of the ship. I'm definitely the organizer of who is doing what. What are we eating, where are we going, what's the plan for the day; making sure everything runs smoothly," she says, sitting in a makeup chair getting touch-ups.

"You know, I would have been a very good event planner. Or a personal assistant."

Alternate careers aside, Klum is looking forward to a busy fall, which includes the launch of a Heidi Klum Barbie doll in September. Klum also will release another Victoria's Secret makeup line, this one Indian-inspired, later this year. For now, though, her focus is settling on a name for her newborn.

"Because we know it's going to be our last baby, it's way harder. We've never had this back and forth before," she says. "Before it was like, 'This is the name and that's that.' We're going to wait until we see the baby and hopefully the light bulb will come on and then it'll be like, ding-ding-ding!"

SEAL AND HEIDI KLUM GO ALL INDIAN TO RENEW MARRIAGE VOWS

A mini 'Banaras' was created along Mexico's Costa Careyes beach as clebrity couple - supermodel Heidi Klum and her singer husband Seal - reaffirmed their committment to each other in a Hindu wedding ceremony on their third wedding anniversary. The man who did the honours is pandit Shailesh Tripathi, flew all the way from Varanasi to perform the ceremony on May 10. A pandit and government-approved tourist guide, for Tripathi it is a memorable occasion.

"To my surprise the couple, their relatives and even the guests were dressed in Banarasi saris, lehnga-chunni, sherwani and kurta pyjamas," recalls a smiling Tripathi, who returned from Mexico on Friday. Barring the language, everything about the function was Indian - be it food or the dress code. A chef had been specially flown in from California to prepare Indian cuisine. "The mandap prepared for the occasion was extensively decorated with Banarasi saris," Tripathi told TOI, while narrating his Mexican experience.

"Klum looked like a typical Indian bride in lehnga-chunni with traditional ornaments while Seal wore a black 'sherwani'. It took almost one-and-a-half hour to complete the wedding rituals like Ganesh pujan, Navgrah pujan, phere, kanyadaan and lastly paon pujai."
