"I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend, and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. Headhuntaz Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 that's exactly how I feel about this movie... being in prison almost his whole life, with narrow surroundings and stuff and then, in the end there are these beautiful captures of the countryside, the ocean and stuff.Of course, thomas newman's score strengthens this emotional bonding even more!
