They shoot the bra early June through mid July and before then they have to at least have an idea of what size the girl will be. Heidi was pregnant in the 2003 show (her bump was alot more obvious when she went on the Conan O'Brien show to promote the show) and Oluchi was pregnant during the 2006 show. Both of them already had substantial cleavage (to say it tactfully), which is one of the reasons why it wasnt that noticeable. Since '04 there has been at least one pregnant Angel every year except in '07 (Heidi, Heidi, Heidi, no one, Ale, Adriana & Heidi, Doutzen & Miranda, Ale & Lily). Then again when you have ten spokesmodel, half of which are nearing/already are 30, babies are bound to start popping out at some point.
